Add Order Flow

Adding order flow constitutes a pivotal and expansive aspect of the product. There are four distinct types of order flows: Single B2B orders, Single B2C orders, Bulk orders, and Marketplace channel orders.

Weight Management

One significant challenge reported by our users, who are sellers, is the discrepancy in weights between their products and those recorded by courier services, resulting in issues for the sellers.

Problem statement

Discrepancies in weights between the sellers' records and those of our courier partners have led to contentious discussions and additional charges for payments, creating disruptions in the process.

Current solution

  • Settling with courier partner via Whatsapp

  • Personal email product photos exchange and settling payments

Touch-points

  • Prevention for weight discrepancy

  • Education of weight discrepancy

  • More focus to dependency of weight management

Design Solution

  • Education and guide to weight discrepancy

  • Weight discrepancy chance percentage for prevention

  • Precise suggestions to users

  • Freeze weight option
