UI/UX Design

This project comes into the health insurance enterprise domain, the revamping of the application.

Due to a Non-disclosure Agreement, I won't be able to do a complete walkthrough but here are glimpses of a project and my role in it.

Let's move to the design process, we kick off the work by doing a discovery workshop with stakeholders keeping in focus - Business, Visual Design, Users, and Technology. We also worked on a few competitor analyses and started off the Audit. 

​

My role was to work on the interim report, detailed potential competitors, and comprehensive audit (UX and UI). The comprehensive audit started heuristic analysis of the flows by picking screens (UI and UX centric).After that going into more detail on finding gaps between screens  (Navigation centric) and finally worked on the information architecture of the current  application and proposed information and architecture (navigation and UX centric).
